This Weekend: Celebrate Prince with Memorial Street Dance Party … and More

April 21, 2017

One year ago today, we lost a legendary pop singer who shaped a generation of hearts and minds — and forever changed the music industry. This weekend, celebrate Prince’s life and legacy with a series of parties like no other in WeDo.

The event features DJ Espada, Lenka Paris, DJ Jake Rudh and DJ Smitty. Tickets are $10 in advance (click here) or $15 at the door.

The Current and First Avenue  take to 7th Street in downtown Minneapolis (again) to host a Memorial Street Party, featuring live performances by a variety of musical artists. This is ticketed but free event (you can reserve your ticket here).
