Welcome to WeDo. This website is operated by Hennepin Theatre Trust (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Trust”). Hennepin Theatre Trust is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. WeDo is an initiative of the Trust, in collaboration with other downtown Minneapolis organizations. The following terms and conditions (together with any documents referred to in them) (collectively, these “Terms”) apply to your use of the website at http://www.wedompls.org/ (the “Site”), which is operated by the Trust.
Registration at the Site is optional. However, some features of our Site may not be accessible unless you are registered.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site. All content included as part of the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is our property or the property of our suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. Governing Law, Venue and Jurisdiction
The existence of the Site is not intended and should not be construed to mean that we are conducting business in all states of the United States of America, or that we consent to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in any state in the United States, except the State of Minnesota. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota and the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that you will bring any claims in, and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, the state and federal courts located in the County of Hennepin, in the State of Minnesota.
